I am an accomplished IT service/support/manager with over twenty years’ IT experience gained within investment banking, insurance, local government, health care and computer training environments. I am qualified in the ITIL processes and have an in depth experience in the field of technical support, delivering training and leading a support team to meet business needs. My career began in training and after five years I moved into technical support. Within four years I then moved into management.
