As a Safeguarding Specialist Practitioner at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, I work with a multidisciplinary team to protect vulnerable children and adults from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. I have over fourteen years of experience in the criminal justice system, having served as a Police Detective and a Police Constable at Sussex Police. I have developed strong skills in multi-agency working, conflict resolution, and safeguarding investigations, as well as a deep understanding of the legal and ethical frameworks that guide my practice. I am passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of those at risk, and I strive to uphold the values and standards of the NHS Trust.
