Working one on one with children with Special Educational Needs in a Behavioral Program with the aim of reintegration into mainstream classrooms.

I managed all of the social media and community outreach for the NPSL Northwest Champion soccer team.

Although I served as Program Director at Bainbridge Island Boys & Girls Club, I actually ran the club for 8 months in the absence of an Executive Director, winning the title of ‘Boys & Girls Clubs of King County 2016 Bulldog of the Year’ at their annual staff awards ceremony for the way I stepped up. Under my stewardship the club grew. We saw an average of over 100 children per day for the first time in club history, each child enjoyed developmentally appropriate, fun filled programs (I have posted details about some of the higher profile programs that I created in the 'Projects' section further down on my Profile) I hired, trained and supervised a completely new team of staff and volunteers, I initiated an intern program with Bainbridge Youth Services, helped to create a club advisory board and lead the charge in our clubs first application for National Youth of the Year.

Running the School Age Program, which includes planning and delivering a school time and summer curriculum, homework help, transporting children to and from schools. Achievements include introducing a class newspaper, maintaining a class radio station and blog online.

Private tutor to small groups of elementary aged students and one on one to ESL students.

Planning and delivering before and after school sessions to military children. This included sports activities, academic help and I created a radio program with a group of children to help promote the program, this project included a field trip to a local station, scripting and editing the program.

Three consecutive summers as Lead Soccer Coach at a prestigious residential summer camp in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire.

A uniformed presence in an area of social housing. Gathering intelligence for the police force, tackling anti-social behavior by engaging local youths who were previously identified as in need.
