Assists with Building Changes’ grant making including the Washington Families Fund System Innovation grants in Snohomish, King and Pierce counties. Provides training and technical assistance to non-profits and governmental agencies to implement effective best practices in ending families homelessness. Represents Building Changes and provides lead role in assigned counties and with key strategy areas to carry out the work and mission of Building Changes.

Nick Codd develops curricula and provides training and technical assistance to the 25 nonprofit grantees of Building Changes’ Economic Opportunities Initiative. He is also a trainer for our Washington Families Fund and Sound Families programs. Nick has expertise in the areas of program development, social enterprise and employment programs for people with disabilities
