CurrentProvide design documents in accordance with USCG standard operating procedures and other requirements as specified in the task order under this contract.Prepare storyboards for content development.Select appropriate delivery methods and media to support development of human performance and testing of competencies.Prepare and structure tests and practical application exercises so these are reliable indicators that a learner has learned to perform the tasks identified in the objectives.Perform pilot studies and revise versions in accordance with feedback from reviews and data obtained in pilot testing.Use the ADDIE model to assess learning needs; design learning blueprints and materials including instructor and student guides, job aids, performance evaluation tests, presentations, blended learning materials, and student-centered activities; and implement pilot testing to evaluate effectiveness of materials. Received the ISPI 2018 award as a key participant in the development of a blended solution for the Culinary Specialist School.
