I am a compassionate leader who empowers others to take responsibility for their own leadership in their specific spheres of influence. Building relationships and networking as well as investing in the wellbeing of others are high priorities for me in a fast paced environment where diverse opportunities present themselves. I focus my leadership skills on collaborative work to produce positive outcomes for all parties involved.I have several years of non-profit educational administrative leadership experience focused on making a difference in the lives of children and families in my community. These experiences include working in a diverse environment with underprivileged youth, recruiting and maintaining a solid volunteer base, hiring and on-boarding of staff, building relationships with donors, funders, and volunteers, and assisting with fundraising and development efforts of the non-profit organization. I am also an experienced instructor with a demonstrated history of working with students in the primary and secondary education industry as well as in non-profit community organizations.
