The Community Living Campaign is devoted helping seniors in San Francisco, age in community. The Connections for Healthy Aging workshop is a four session series designed to inform and support seniors to activate or create networks of support for themselves and their neighbors. Practical information about rights to health care and also about computer technology is provide as well as opportunities for on going connection.

Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy practice in San Francisco and San Rafael. I work with adult individuals and couples.Couples may include lesbian and gay couples,parent and adult child, friends, domestic partners, lovers, siblings,husband and wife. I integrate EMDR , EFTA and hypnosis in my work and strive to help clients re-connect to their own healing resources. Periodically I lead groups about Loss and Grief and for Personal Growth.
