• Obtain rate quotes from logistic firms• Track customer PO’s to ensure on-time delivery• Maintain outbound/inbound prepaid logs for EOM costs• Process EEM (dc bypass shipments) in NRT website for MMX/Ross stores• Maintain Customer Master and routing table for 5 warehouses in WM242/WM2011 system• Responsible for small package carrier manual updates in WM242/WM2011 with 3rd party/collect account numbers• Confirm and update UPS fuel surcharge rates in WM242/WM2011 monthly• Work closely with Distribution to prioritize inbound and outbound shipments to satisfy order start and cancel dates• Verify SCAC (Standard Carrier Alpha Code) codes in NMFC (National Motor Freight Class) directory• Create and maintain carrier/ship via cross reference, consolidator codes, postal codes, and container type table in WM242/WM2011• Maintain country code and pro number files in WM242/WM2011• Modify JC Penney/Nexcom dynamic routing calendar to consider holidays when calculating ship dates for 5 warehouses• Assist Integrated Logistics (3rd party bill payer for small package carriers)by contesting invalid charges and obtaining 3rd party account numbers to rebill accounts• Maintain the UPS and FedEx address correction and 3rd party account number charge back weekly reports• Provide projected budget and actual accruals for 3PL warehouses on a monthly basis• Code 3PL warehouse invoices and act as a liaison between A/P and 3PL(3rd Party Logistics) provider• Assist import traffic by updating IBD’s in SAP system with delivery dates• Assist plant transfer team in SAP system- extending materials, creating Bill of Materials, Deleting Inbound Delivery’s, creating info records, and updating pre-requisites• Assist in freight payments of carrier invoices in US Bank/Syncada system• Create declarations Puerto Rico retail store shipments through the government site Hacienda- PICO • Maintain strong teamwork and support to MDM and warehouse management teams

• Review and Analyze JAG Alerts and determine the proper course of action to accurately align our systems with our customers requirements.• Coordinate these changes with Customer Service and Distribution Operations to ensure proper order fulfillment, often under tight time constraints.• Analyze JAG Alerts and compare current customer store list with data in SAP. Add new stores when applicable, and ensure customer updates such as address, phone numbers, etc. are entered accurately and timely.• Responsible for setting up in SAP consolidators, carriers, customer specific Property Marks to ensure shipment to proper account, • Responsible for setting up unique Customer CMN numbers in SAP and Warehouse Management (WM) that align the company’s and customer’s SKU numbers.• Responsible for setting up and keeping track of all New York Showroom ship-to sales. These are employee sales and are treated as a customer in SAP.• Cancel Billing documents when requested from Credit/Accounting• Create Pro Forma invoices when requested from Credit/Accounting• Provide quarterly system customer report to Credit Dept., showing account numbers, address, and other pertinent information.• Monitor the SAP Support line (jagsapsupport@jny.com) and SAP Hotline (x5475) for data changes and ensure system is updated. • Responsible for after hours rotation support responding to any master data issues related to timely order fulfillment.

• Receive chargeback paperwork, research, and create manual claims• Communication with DC’s if additional clarification of paperwork is needed• Send all pertinent information to responsible party and monitor • Continuously communicate with agents/factories/freight forwarders if discrepancy is noted• Provides support and educate agents/factories/freight forwarders regarding the JAG Vendor Compliance Guidelines• Receive payments and forward to Accounts Receivable • Respond to inquiries and send Vendor Compliance Guidelines to internal and external contacts as requested
