The Innovation Barn is a startup incubator surrounded by a coworking community. We provide training, business development, and startup guidance to local entrepreneurs in the Bismarck and Mandan area. The idea for The Innovation Barn largely stemmed out of my desire to share with my community a bit of what I have learned over the years around technology, business development, and entrepreneurship. Drove annual savings of around $1.2M through team efficiency gains.• Provided strategic guidance to the Sirius Digital team regarding the selection and execution of DevOps related go-to-market activities, creating over 10 unique solution offerings, managing three key partnerships, and leading two delivery teams at enterprise accounts.• Created custom “Day-2” training offering framework that was used to deliver multiple types of training. Offering met a niche and drove over $1M in sales with a 64% margin with well over $10M in direct crossover sales of other offerings.
