I firmly believe in finding the right balance between productivity and efficiency to optimize output while minimizing losses, tailored to the specific needs of the industry.My background encompasses experience in distribution centers, medical device manufacturing, and plant/CER layouts, people management, along with a focus on driving continuous improvement through Lean Transformation projects with my team. I have a strong inclination towards engineering management and a deep passion for creative writing and conscious thinking.While others see problems, I, as an Industrial Engineer, see opportunities for improvement hidden behind every problem! And, Thanks to the Almighty, I find great joy and fulfillment in my work and craft!!!About me: Born, raised, and married within heritage-rich Indian joint families, I completed my schooling and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering in Hyderabad, India. I then advanced my studies in the United States, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering. My background equips me with the ability to adapt seamlessly to different environments and collaborate effectively with people.
