I am a Program Executive at Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), where I apply 18 years of experience in talent acquisition. Prior to joining AGS, I gained professional acumen as both a Senior Recruiter and IT Search Recruiter at our sister divisions, Aerotek and TEKsystems. In my 10 years at Allegis Global Solutions I have successfully built and run teams supporting many of AGS’ clients in various industries. I have been part of several Fortune 50 partnerships but also has unique experiences building TA organizations from the ground up at two start up organizations. I am a leader that understands the balance of situational people leadership along with accountability to extreme service excellence. I pride myself on building loyal and committed teams that understand the value of the client and AGS brands. My keen eye for detail and deep expertise in recruitment fundamentals allows me to run program operations effectively while focusing the appropriate time to strategies that lead to world class partnerships and talent acquisition.In my current role, I lead a 50 person AGS team responsible for delivering over 1000 hires annually. This requires a strong ability to manage very high levels of candidate volume, while not falling short in compliance, governance, candidate or hiring manager satisfaction. I keep abreast of the latest trends and share knowledge with our clients as appropriate. I am passionate about driving change and implementing new and innovative recruitment processes tailored to complex needs. I strive to modernize and streamline human capital and workforce management solutions with the intent of creating a superior recruitment solution for organizations. I currently live in Alpharetta, GA, and can regularly be found chasing my three children around the house or cheering them on at a baseball field or basketball court. If I am not busy doing mom things, you can find me reading a book, or sitting on the porch trying to find some peace and quiet.
