A member of the E-Commerce Card Services online banking project management team responsible for MBNA’s online banking website, NetAccess. Responsible for managing various initiatives related to website enhancements and coordinate User Acceptance Testing for all NetAccess projects to ensure the seamless delivery of quality service to the Customer. Lead a team of contractors/testers responsible for executing all new functionality and regression test scripts for NetAccess enhancements. Two significant accomplishments include the successful implementation of an online disputes form in May of 2005, which resulted in decreased call volumes from customers. In November 2005, the implementation of online banking in Canada gave Canadian customers the ability to self-service their account online.
