Human Capital Manager
CurrentResponsible for multiple contract deliverables, for federal clients including Dept of Commerce, Dept of Transportation and Department of Justice. Currently providing human capital services for shared service environment at federal client site, which includes determining requirements, analyzing client operations, documenting and updating processes, and developing products and procedures to help move their mission forward. Actively involved in proposing business development opportunities, preparing presentations for senior leaders, facilitating meetings and work group sessions, designing tools and templates for gathering data and presenting findings to the work team, and to the client. Achievements include: Designed annual training curriculum aligned to new competency model; compiled competency development guide; conducted website content research and proposed formatting; planned logistics for external stakeholder forum (100+ people); facilitation of director-level meetings; coordination of intern assignments; design of online pre-event registration forms and post-event surveys; prepared consultative reports and slide decks for client review. Specialty knowledge in competency assessment and development; workforce analysis; workload assessment according to authoritative documents; succession planning (either position or org chart based); training needs assessments and training curriculum design; determination of Mission Critical Occupations according to scenario based planning; FEVS analysis and reporting; Performance Management systems (New Beginnings and others).
