WRI-China MOT Transit Metropolis Program, 2016-2019• Drafted policy recommendations on promoting comprehensive transit priority in cities, which reached the Vice Minister and State Council officials.• Published one WRI working paper on improving the performance appraisal of China's national Transit Metropolis Program• Designed and proposed a Bus Rapid Transit plan for Zhuzhou city. The plan with a 28.4km corridor and 47 stations have gained approval from the municipal government and was included in the PPP project pool of the Ministry of Finance.
