My role rapidly evolved, extending beyond initial expectations. I embarked on a mission to widen our building performance modeling services to cater to decarbonization strategies and energy code consultancy, crucial services that support our clients in their sustainability goals and compliance requirements.I spearheaded the technical implementation of some of the most critical engagements , solving the problems of scale for our most prominent national and global Clients.I started leading a team of my own, and their efforts translated into being a top producer in the Sustainability Consulting team in 2023.

I bootstrapped the comprehensive building energy modeling offering across the Central Regions of the U.S., and I crafted a robust foundation for LEED-compliant projects. My role was pivotal in growing our service offerings throughout the LEED process.During these first 10 months, my drive to innovate and add value culminated in clinching victory at the prestigious global JLL Technologies Hackathon. I worked to develop a trailblazing framework designed to execute extensive energy modeling for large portfolios, seamlessly integrating existing tech to deliver unparalleled service to our clients.
