• Providing documents to the due diligence process together with the financial and law team, reviewing contracts and signature logistics, acting as a liaison between funder and organization

• Coordinating and managing the end-to-end grantmaking process: Call for Proposals guidelines creation, proposal solicitation and communication, evaluation process creation and coordination, coordination and facilitation.
• Monitoring selected grantee`s project deliverables, reporting and financial reporting, as well as providing support during the implementation
• Supporting the creation of an Impact Framework, that guides both the selection and report process, together with M&E team and sustainability experts
