I'm a development and social impact professional with more than 12 years of experience leading social impact projects related to economic development and empowerment in Brazil, and recently, to social investment best relationship practices, and sports for development in Germany. Currently, I manage grants and programmes at Common Goal, where I'm responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end grantmaking process for community organisations worldwide, while maintaining strong relationships with funding partners and applicant organisations. My work is focused on the adidas Move For The Planet initiative, as well as the Common Goal 1% funding stream. I relocated to Berlin in 2021 to work as a Research Fellow at Maecenata Foundation Berlin - a think tank focused on Philanthropy and Civil Society - under the 2021-22 cohort of the German Chancellor Fellowship programme, from Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. My research concentrated on strategic philanthropic and social investment, emphasizing listening techniques. I collaborated with civil society, interviewed 30+ experts in Europe and Brazil, analysed and published findings. In the non-profit sector, I'm the Co-founder of Tamo Junto - www.tamojunto.org.br - a free, mobile-friendly platform to support micro-entrepreneurs to develop their businesses together with Aliança Empreendedora in Brazil, having supported the platform to won various awards and prizes during the years. Inside Aliança Empreendedora in Brazil, I was also Communications Director, Project and Portfolio Management, responsible for online capacity building, and more. I have relevant experience in team leadership, project and programme management, meeting and collaboration facilitation, grant selection and grant evaluation, impact reporting, economic development, social entrepreneurship practices, stakeholder management, marketing and public relations, capacity building, fundraising, grant and proposal writing and organizational development.
