- Troubleshooting with customers for both Solink Software and multiple brands Hardware (security cameras, encoders, switches, etc). - Provide support for any issues that customers report in all different channels of support (email, phone and live chat). - Assist on site Techs in tasks such as adding cameras and assisting on completing installing/swap of QNAP device. - Collect and communicate relevant inputs to all stakeholders (product feedback, common issues, etc), collaborating with internal teams to address obstacles.

- Subject Matter Expert in Latin America for the Incentives team in each FMS Module during the Quota Planning process end to end. Act as a bridge between the Operation and the Module Leaders to guarantee alignment in the process.- Provide support to the Transformation team during the improvement, implementation, test and validation processes. Work with other areas related to guarantee the integrity of data all the way and provide support during the whole planning process in each Module (CSM, CCA, QAM, BIM, SQM e TQM).

- Responsible for supporting the Incentives Process End to End for the Services Sales team in Latin America. Guaranteeing that Territory, Quota and Payments were accurately according to business results. Analyzing and performing manual adjustments in the system in case identified the need of it. Working in Agile model, delivering high quality, value-add solutions and expertise in our role as trusted business advisors. Being a reference Analyst for our team. Providing analysis, reports and support on possible issues with commissions payments to sellers supported.- Also acted as Focal Point Analyst for Latin America in the FMS Transformation Project, providing feedback related to our process in order to help implement the new Incentives tools.

- Responsible for the Quota Deployment for the Software Sellers in Latin America each semester. Working on converting IBM’s Financial Plan into Commission Plan, following specific guidance from Incentives WW. After Quotas were published, responsible also to assist Sales Team and Incentives Analysts on understanding the guidance and handling their questions on calculations and specific process rules.- Responsible for the Quarter Commission Payments Accruals for Software Sellers in Latin America. Based on specific metrics established by WW, we estimated the expense amounts to book it in IBM’s Ledger. During Accrual Closing period, we worked close to the unit local CFO, his team and also our WW Incentives line to guarantee that the expense registered were as accurate as possible

- As an Incentives Analyst I was responsible for supporting the Incentives Process while maintaining a satisfactory controls posture. Assisting the Software Sales team in North America, guaranteeing fairly and accurately their incentives compensation aligned with their business results. Analyzing and performing manual adjustments in the system in case identified the need of it.- Deliver high quality, value-add solutions and expertise in our role as trusted business advisors focusing on collaboration with our coverage and quota team members. Providing analysis, reports and support on possible issues with commissions payments to sellers supported.

- Responsible for receiving and managing invoices from all equipment that were financed by IBM’s partners through its own Finance Program, guaranteeing that the amounts in those documents were previously approved within each partner’s credit line. Prepare documentation to authorize the payment of those invoices, getting the internal Managers approvals to release the payments authorization. Always working close to Treasure and Internal Process & Controls teams.
