● Assist in applying for housing which includes filling forms for HRA 2010E, CityPheps, and other housing applications.● Assist with programs such as CAPS, CARES.● Coordinated admission for clients to receive outpatient substance abuse and mental health services.● Serve as emotional support for predominantly high-risk clients with mental health disorders such as bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, depression, and borderline personality disorder.

-Perform receptionist duties.-Creating and updating records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.-Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.-Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.-Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to client's requests or issues. In regards of their car insurance coverage or questions about their monthly payments, etc.-Translate car insurance letters from the client's company, into Spanish for non-English speakers.
