What's my thing? Empowering others with integrity & active-listening- always searching for ways to better processes & GET TO OUR GOALS- that's my mission. I wasn't that friend that just shared my homework answers with you. I was the friend who went the next step, sat you down, showed you how to work it out so you truly understood - I'd go as far to monkey dance and rhyme infront of you if it helped you understand. Then I'd sit back & watch as you walked onto the stage at the end of the year to receive the class achievement award (Yes - This actually happened - Emma Lynch, I'm looking at you!). My greatest serotonin kicks come from empowering others. This feeling just stuck. It feels good to see others succeed & it's one of my strongest core values. When it was time for me to decide on a University Degree, I thought, what better way to empower others than to start at the very beginning & go where help is the most impactful for a persons entire life - teaching young children how to read & write. I taught in multiple schools across NSW, Australia from the big lights of Sydney city all the way up to free-spirited Byron Bay.After almost 10 years, I thought to myself "Okay.. who else in this world needs empowering?" I then added "Better take a quick 6 month travel break with your best friend across Central & South America to figure it out". We helped paint murals, helped build schools, helped plant permaculture farms and eventually, I helped my husband find his wife. I helped a pod of students through an anxious pandemic. I helped call, liaze & conflict manage contractors & vendors for all sorts of tasks to support HNW families in the Bay Area. But above all, I helped myself find my purpose of service to others. My current position at SingleOps allows me to empower customers and businesses in the green industry streamline their day to day & keep miles ahead of their competitors. I get to see the impact of a truly remarkable product and how life-chanigng it can be for these small-mid businesses. I love a role that allows me to help in a multitude of ways, that varies daily & that allows me to put my meticulous problem-solving skills to good use.
