As cliched as it sounds, I have always chosen roles where I can make a positive difference. 14 years ago, I found myself drawn to the healthcare industry after my own personal health journey opened my eyes to the impact preventative health efforts can have on our overall wellbeing. I have been with Bupa for 12 of these years and have built a collection of experiences and relationships that I cannot put a price on, rather than skipping from company to company I have taken internal risks to challenge & reward myself. Travelling from corporate fitness programs to workplace health & wellbeing propositions through to supporting vulnerable and marginalised populations, I have found my place leading Bupa’s social impact investment. I am at my best when I can think creatively and blend strategy development with implementation. I have a high achievement rate in brokering impactful outcomes where value can easily be measured. I credit my commercial acumen, strong relationship & collaboration skills for my ability to influence and get things done.Outside of work, you will find me in my natural habitat with a pair of sneakers on, running around to various weekend sports, at my favourite Pilates or gym class and soaking up precious time with those who fill my cup the highest.I'm proud of what I've achieved throughout my career. Here are a select few of my favourite highlights:- Developed a leading critical preventative & early intervention program for international students, tackling the many inequities this population faces whilst balancing a complex regulatory and competitive commercial environment. This resulted in an industry leading commercial proposition that was integral to the booming growth of the insurance portfolio.- Successfully led and brokered Bupa's investment in our community partnerships and programs to elevate the Bupa Foundation as a major proof point of brand and purpose, transitioning to a health promotion charity.- Drove the delivery of Bupa’s emblematic nature positive program ‘Healthy Cities’, which has had a demonstrable impact on both the health of our nature environment and on the people directly benefiting.
