Lead congregation in hymns and liturgy by organ or piano, provide special music when necessary, work with other musicians and the pastor in enhancing the worship service, coordinate with musicians and wedding coordinators/Pastors for weddings, coordinate with funeral directors/Pastors for funerals and memorial/chapel services, provide special music at anniversary functions, volunteer gatherings, and nursing homes.

Provide assistance for the Township Clerk as necessary. Answer phone calls and direct questions to correct supervisor, process mail, forward bills to treasurer, make deposits, maintain accurate meeting minutes, prepare meeting agendas, post special notices, prepare public notices in a timely manner

Social Security, bankruptcy, probate: create attorney correspondence, proof transcription, A/R, initiate and e-file bankruptcy petitions, probate annual accounting; work with the Social Security and Bankruptcy court systems as liaison to attorney and clients, manage Social Security files from initial application to Federal Court appeals, reception of all visitors and telephone calls

Commercial and Residential Construction: in estimating and sales - scheduled all jobs being estimated, ordered plans/specs/addenda through local, regional, and national exchanges, assisted in gathering buyout pricing, read blueprints, worked with architects, contractors, and customers to ensure customer satisfaction, communication liaison between sales/estimating, coordinated meetings, produced month-end reports and company newsletter, initiated all new projects and phased them according to construction schedules, produced engineering and production releases, integrated multiple software programs to work together for all departments, performed credit checks, processed documentation, receptionist backup, filing
