In this position, I was responsible for checking closing and loan documents for errors and accuracy. I checked chain of title, taxes and mortgages against reports to ensure that the information was correct and the searcher did not miss anything, and that requirements were met per state guidelines. I did light examining in order to problem solve issues that arose in the search. I monitored the department's inbox, and assisted the admin team.
