A new organization, Transformed Heart Co., has been formed out of Madeline’s love for mentorship, and coaching. Transformed Heart Co. exists to love people where they are at and provide coaching, education, inspiration and mentorship so each person served will experience a transformed heart. Transformed Heart desires to provide services related to mentorship of students and Enneagram Coaching and Training. The company has been newly formed and is growing in its service development.

Teaching, mentoring, counseling and encouraging students to be stable, confident, healthy, respectful, and successful.

In charge of posting content, creating original graphics, writing blog posts, and all communications on social media.

Led a team of mentors in an after-school program focused on hosting educational clubs including STEM, art, culinary, sports, gaming, mindfulness, SEL and more. Created lesson plans for clubs in various topics, led clubs and activities for students 6th-8th grade, and created a safe environment for students to learn, grow, share, and have fun. Additional responsibilities included coaching mentors, assisting the Site Coordinator, photography and improving and increasing social media presence, assisting in planning and overseeing events, and assisting in leading summer camp programs.

Learned great customer service skills, multitasking management, and a self driven strong work ethic.
