Here, I supported a cloud migration that involved designing a new cloud-based digital service delivery platform (SDP) consisting of Salesforce CRM, CMS Contract Management System, UPC product catalogue and Singleview billing platform. A big part of my role was ensuring that the system could interface with internal systems as well as external parties catering to the end-to-end indirect/ wholesale customer business where the customers managed their accounts themselves digitally. Within this time, I played a key role in defining product offerings, customer onboarding and customer contract management, as well as liaising with Product Managers/ System Owners/ Technical Designers/ Solution Architects/ System Analysts and the Change Management Team to resolve business requirements. Additionally, I delivered major business decisions through researching product offerings and impact of the new solution on customer journey eventually leading to better customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

During this time, I worked directly with the Carrier Management System (CMS) & Returns platform that managed ASOS’s various carrier partners, selection of carrier partners and delivery promises as well as Retail eCommerce, particularly for the processing of customer returns. I leveraged my understanding of the upcoming requirements and product goals, assessing the impact on carrier management (CMS) and aligning their product roadmaps with the team’s if it were impacted. As part of my role, I collaborated with Product Managers, Architects, Senior Management, Platform Lead and the Engineering and the QA Team, acting as a SME and key conduit. I oversaw multi-language translations, on ASOS’s e-commerce customer returns portal, as well as interactions and services with carrier /logistics/ transport partners (warehouses and return centers) through API. In this role, I worked across the BSS Digital Transformation Project, acting as an IT Product Owner (Internal) for the ERP Financials Team in collaboration with the domain integrators working in Digital BSS Transformation where Three replaced 100+ redundant systems for an all-digital platform. I delivered technology transformation engagements across consumer touchpoints including eCommerce, mobile, call center, social media and in-store whilst supporting order management, inventory management, store fulfilment, warehouse management and forecasting. Throughout this time, I maintained ownership for the complete requirements elicitation, validation, tracking and translating to technical high-level requirements for ERP domain which included more than 45 interfaces with warehouses, retail stores, planning system, CRM salesforce, retail EPOS, store inventory and reporting hub, plus other RICE components such as reports and extensions. I also spearheaded business workshops, interviews, user story writing sessions, story mapping, gap analysis, ‘As Is’ to ‘To Be’ analysis w.r.t. the end-to-end architecture of the completely new platform.
