I am a Certified Scrum Master who has worked within a Scaled Agile framework since 2018. As a Scrum master I have introduced a Greenfield ServiceNow environment and went on to enhance and tweak modules to meet client requirements.Skilled and certified in the Scrum Master role, I rapidly clear obstacles to allow the Scrum team to work effectively. My diligence and proactive approach protect the team from outside distractions and influences so that delivery commitments made are completed on time. I carry out the Scrum ceremonies and also take part in the wider company ceremonies such as Program Increment (PI) Planning and Scrum of Scrums.I am also an accomplished and proactive Project Manager, with expertise in Infrastructure Projects, having over 10 years Project Management experience in blue-chip companies. As a Project Manager I have specialised in deploying Enterprise Infrastructure. I am able to apply this experience to both datacentres and client sites. I consider myself to be an IT infrastructure specialist, who understands the intricacies relating to hardware from purchase of equipment to installation. I have a high work rate and attention to detail, and I am passionate about what I do. I want to make a difference to the companies in which I work, help people do their jobs more effectively, and save businesses time, effort & money via continual improvement, optimisation and automation.
