Magnhild is an experienced business leader and board member. She has more than 10 years of experience in the IT sector with a wide range of management roles on her resume. Magnhild is a Book Author of the book "Career mum", and a Public Speaker where she speaks about gender equality, leadership and work-life balance,She is purposeful and results-driven, and is great at building high-performing teams. Magnhild is known for her can-do attitude and for having a very high ability to execute and ensure that results are reached. In the past, she has held several management roles with P/L responsibility.In her current role as CFO and COO, she is responsible for the development and leadership within the areas of finance, legal & compliance, IT & security, HR and ESG. Further, she is the Board Chair in GSG Handyman A/S, Board Member in GS Fleet AB, GSG Handyman AB, GSFleet Oy, GSFleet Aps, Guard Systems Latvia SIA, UAB Guard Systems, and Board Secretary in GSGroup Holding AS, GSFleet AS, GSG Handyman AS. As part of the board of Ezone Energy, she contributes with her commercial flair, strategic approach, expertise within in project, portfolio and change management, as well as with her financial background from both studies and the role of CFO. She holds a MSc. in Business & Economics with a major in Strategy from BI Norwegian Business School and has studied in France, India and Norway (Oslo).Magnhild has also been on the junior national team in floorball and has many years as a player in the Norwegian top series for women in floorball (Tunet IBK and Sveiva IBK). She has won the European Cup, and has several golds from the Norwegian championship (NM) and from the top series.
