• Curate an LGBTQ+ specific archival collection; collect oral history interviews, research online college archives to uncover LGBTQ+ issues on campus over the College’s history, create a bibliography of primary source materials to be turned into a research guide, and build a historical LGBTQ+ narrative (to be featured in the forthcoming LGBTQ+ finding aid and online collection).• Work with the Diversity Office to incorporate research findings into the Centre Ally Trainings and create a social media campaign for LGBTQIA+ history month.
