- Business Channel Manager responsible for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website...), including operations, order processing, inventory management, program registration with category managers, and livestreaming on various platforms.- Develop a promotion strategy across e-commerce channels aligning with sales and business objectives for each brand.- Craft SEO-optimized product descriptions, set up storefront decor, and establish new shop builds.- Analyze product data (sales, conversion rates, page views, rankings, pricing, etc.) to determine the reasons behind the trends of increase or decrease in product performance. Share observations and propose strategies to address and improve the identified issues.- Generate revenue reports, optimize advertising and operational expenses, report on the performance of each campaign, and track the effectiveness of various promotion methods.

- Find, hunt, manage and maintain relationships with KOCs for the execution of campaigns, including finding profiles, creating quotations, planning content and visual direction and tracking performance.- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, agencies and KOCs to ensure smooth, high-quality campaigns and align with overall marketing strategies.- Research, schedule, and develop social media strategies and initiatives across multi-platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to drive traffic, conversion and brand awareness.- Create visually appealing graphics and videos to enhance the brand’s presence on social media.- Brainstorm concepts, and build content angles to prepare for the campaigns. Participate in the organization and supervision of advertising and communication campaigns to market the promotion programs in the most effective.- Propose implementing an income-boosting Marketing package for the company. - Plan and develop a marketing package for the supplier, outlining strategies to enhance revenue.- Overseeing and driving direct communications/relationship with customers, specially VIPs, through the CRM.- Coordinate with related departments (Brand team, Agency) to plan and build user flows (automated or partner) for Marketing campaigns- Plan and deliver CRM strategies encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty, manage the gifting plan (physical gift, online gift.. as the unique reward from brand to loyal members)
