Senior Compensation Specialist
CurrentCompensation Specialist | Total Team Size : 3500+Type of Organization: ERP solutions Responsibilities included:- Assistance in Annual performance review process (More Strategic involvement in budgeting as well).- Calculation of yearly and quarterly bonus(Incentive) payouts based on incentive plan of employees.- Helping in rigorous testing of a HCM tool for merit and incentive calculations to implement the HCM flawlessly. - Contributing to benchmarking activities by supporting pay and benefits survey input and subsequent data extraction for later analysis- Aligned JD to compensation grade, levels, ranges. (Job Evaluation)- Mapping of new roles. (acquisition Mapping and new role mapping based on market changes) - Working effectively with other compensation team members, the HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and HRBP professionals on projects as assigned-Helping implement organizational change enablement strategies for compensation tools and processes.- Partnered with management to conduct job evaluations and made recommendations for appropriate salary grades using external and internal data.
