Paladin Solutions is a California BSIS licensed Training Facility. We provide Security Guard Card training and Exposed Firearms training. We provide training in all areas of the Private Security Industry. Programs are tailored to meet client and company specific requirements and protocols. The selected training includes but is not limited to firearms, use-of-force, baton, report writing, radio communications and surveillance.

Paladin Group Protection is a Private Patrol Operator company licensed with the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services in the State of California. We have two distinct branches of security services. The first branch is the Uniform Division; its primary goal is to provide "Community Orientated Patrolling". The Uniform Division is comprised of trained security professionals assigned to Standing or Patrol duties. Our staff meet all State of California required training and are also provided additional training that exceeds the minimum standards. The second branch is the Special Enforcement Division; its primary goal is to provide specialized security needs to "High Risk" situations. These individuals are trained with the basic State of California requirements for Security, but also received additional elevated "Duty Specific" training to accomplish the needs of the client.

As a Consultant, I work with new and established security companies with strong desires to expand and/or establish themselves in the Private Sector. I create protocol and counter measures for Security Teams. Through the use of surveys and analyses, the instruction and supervision necessary to complete the appropriate training is accomplished. During the training phases, all members are taught to take ownership of their position and duties.I also provide services to private businesses in the field of Crime Prevention. These include the use and application of CCTV, Controlled Access, CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design), Business Continuity planning, Disaster planning and preparing training aids and lectures.

I was a Civilian Contractor for the USMC. I participated in the training of USMC Battalions preparing to deploy "Down Range". I was assigned to Team Three/Lane Three. During the course of training, we provided direct contact training for the Marines using SIMUNITION for Force on Force training, ADDRAC training, and Combat Lifesaving training.During the F/X, I was assigned the role of "Insurgent" and as time passed, I was promoted to Instructor/Controller with duties overseeing the Civilian Contactors working with the USMC PTT Team.
