Tasked with research, development, and execution of end-to-end digital marketing strategy, my role encompasses content creation and its dissemination through paid search, social, and influencer channels. As with any entrepreneurial venture, an owner wears the proverbial 10,000 hats. In Buhv's early years, I found myself driving and writing the content we were designing and developing our websites around. As bigger and better opportunities paved the way to grow our team with smarter and more talented individuals, I shifted into a process and project management role, overseeing and directing the internal team's efforts across our ever-increasing client base. Operating as a Project Manager across multiple teams, I worked to integrate 50+ business systems (finance, accounting, production, reserves, legacy data) during the implementation of a $50M SAP design/build/deploy project for an upstream E&P client.I was responsible for project planning, resource capacity planning, risk / issue management, and weekly status reporting for project teams involved in data conversion, business process and technical infrastructure modifications and detailed cutover planning.Managed 16 separate project teams, I became well adept at cross-coordination between System Integrator, client business experts, and vendors of hosted business applications. I a, proud to have served on the project team recognized with the Mogul Award in 2014 for outstanding client service in the upstream E&P space, the highest recognition a company consultant or team can receive with Slalom.

Toed the line between technical ABAP developer and functional business consultant designing, building, and deploying customized SAP solutions for Dept. of Defense clients, including USAF and DLA

Key accomplishments and responsibilities included:• Integrated a project team of 3 resources into the test phase of a legacy middleware retirement effort• Provided active support in the design modification and test effort associated with 300+ interfaces across multiple SAP modules / functional areas• Instituted new testing practices to include data mapping analysis which resulted in significantly improved interface delivery schedules (15% of interfaces were delivered ahead of schedule)• Managed Enterprise Architecture relationship and data models for entire ECC interface inventory (480+ interfaces in scope)
