I was the Salesforce Administrator for 50 users across 3 departments of a 40 year tenured nonprofit organization. My basic responsibilities included establishing new fields, creating new formulas, reorganizing all pages, and creating all data accuracy dashboards and data outcomes dashboards from scratch for tracking outcomes, data coaching, and program management for over 50 grants. In an effort to maximize our efficiency, I instituted an organization wide training schedule to teach team managers in applying advanced data analytics to monitor outcomes and capture opportunities. I, also, monitored our data accuracy as we developed reports for current and prospective Funders, which required drastic overhauls in preexisting tracking best practices.

I created all of the recruitment systems from scratch: outreach and ongoing cultivation templates, prospect and applicant trackers, recruitment calendar to ensure consistent touch points, and applicant calendar with due dates and categories. Additionally, I consulted and helped revamp the recruitment and applicant pathways, as well as, advised and tweaked the overall structure for the recruitment pitch. As the recruitment coordinator, I lead outreach to new applicants and prospective participants, maintained touch points with prospects, and reestablished connections with previously engaged cold prospects and applicants.

I recruited over 200 participants in the course of 2 months to participate in a seasonal 10 day program abroad. My responsibilities included interviewing applicants to ensure eligibility and fit, and I engaged prospects in outreach and cultivation touch points to push their interest and drive applications.

I refined and implemented the 11th grade honors and college prep curricula to modified AP Language and International Baccalaureate learning standards. Additionally, I created and executed the 12th grade AP Spanish Language curriculum and a modified 12th grade IB college prep curriculum. I tracked student progress towards learning objectives and helped students understand their strengths and areas for growth.

I executed recruitment campaigns for The Ohio State University, University of Cincinnati, University of Dayton, and several other small universities and colleges in the Midwest. I engaged over 700 college students, professors, and staff members in order to increase brand awareness, recruit qualified candidates, and partner with like-minded organizations to work towards ending educational inequities. I also managed 10 student workers towards marketing, social media, and event planning goals. During my tenure, I solidified Ohio State as a Top 20 Large School Contributor: 2014 (20th) and 2015 (16th), and improved the inherited Historically Un-recruited Midwest Colleges portfolio from a 32%-56% Met-to-Apply rate. I tracked and analyzed all data with Salesforce.

As a corps member, I was selected from over 46,000 applicants nationally to join a national teacher corps of recent college graduates who commit to teach for two years in under-resourced public schools. As a corps member, I was able to serve in multiple leadership roles including being a member of the Transition Team, Sponsor a Teacher program, and a Diversity and Inclusiveness team leader. My placement was as a K-12 Founding Spanish Instructor at Fall Creek Academy.

As a TFA Corps Member, I developed and implemented the K-12 Spanish curricula for over 500 students, while executing 35 different lessons each week. I tracked students' progress towards learning objectives to help them understand their academic goals towards Spanish instructional standards. Additionally, I was the head Boys and Girls Cross Country coach and the Head Track coach where I facilitated practices and training schedules, as well as, tracked academic progress to ensure eligibility.

Columbus, Ohio

As a CEI Advisory, I mentored and advised 12 students on recruitment, planning and logistics of new initiatives for 720 students. I continued to integrate uninvolved students to Jewish programs and already existing special interest networks. In the previous year as one of twelve in the first class of CEIs, I formed connections and built relationships with more than 80 uninvolved Jewish students on campus. This exceeded my goal of 60 relationships. I established and lead student programs to incorporate and build networks for students on campus. My particular specialty was creating various dorm storm programs held inside residence hall common spaces. Additionally, I recruited 6 fellow students to participate in and also attended the OSU Hillel Birthright trip Winter 2008. In my first role with the organization, Freshmen Outreach Intern, I supported Hillel programming by specifically marketing and creating opportunities for freshmen to increase their involvement.
