I design and oversee Youth INC’s two-year Metrics Program and Alumni Engagement Program, which includes: strategic development; budget management; oversight of program/project coordination and administration; annual cohort selection; and continuous improvement processes. Through coaching and training with close to fifty NPPs, I build deep and trusting relationships with executive directors, senior and mid-level leaders, and direct service staff to support their capacity-building efforts in program excellence, staff development, and organizational change. It is through impact evaluation efforts where our partners can measure their success related to staff development, positive youth development practices, and the social-emotional learning outcomes young people experience in their programs.
