Supervise 1 to 2 person water management crew on 12 hour shifts as a night Supervisor.Manage the flow of water and oil on coil tubing and workover rig drill out, screen outs and clean outs.Use information such as pump and return rates to determine trucking needs.Direct the flow of truck traffic on location, adding and cutting trucks as needed saving the customer money.Work closely with flowback service crew to keep track of liquid surface totals.Monitor water weight and viscosity throughout operations to determine flowback water quality.Decide what flowback water can be recycled back to rig/coil and what needs to be disposed of.Capture and transfer to sell oil that flowback service is unable to separate.Responsible for transporting field equipment to and from location, spotting equipment in and rigging in/out.Drive business by providing quality, cost effective and safety oriented service for the customer.Utilize MS Word, Excel and Google Sheets to make JSA’s, Shift Change reports, tank strap sheets & timesheets.Perform other misc. tasks on location as needed and requested by the company man or representative.Discuss safety topics and operations updates with all services present and involved at daily safety meeting.Improve operational processes and perform daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance on equip.Traveled to remote locations away from home for long periods of time in extreme weather conditions.Certified front-end loader operator.
