• Processed customer complaints for products manufactured by Third Parties, which included the following activities: receipt of incoming complaints, drafted and sent acknowledgement letters to complainants, notified.
• Coordinated and tracked the review and approval of the Third Party Annual Product Reviews (APR). Created the annual schedule for Apotex APRs and the schedule for vendor APRs. Reviewed, edited and routed APRs for.

Within this role I was responsible for the delivery of in excess of 24 annual product quality reviews for solid dose products, compiling and summarizing data to enable the production of a clear, concise and accurate executive summary.Achievements included:- Authored validation test scripts for the Docdata Change Items Details report and the Livelink.

• During this time I looked after the delivery of over 200 analyses builds to support support R&D product specification loading, as well as the creation of 35 validation test scripts for the substantiation of testing.
• Successfully delivered LIMS Assay and Related Compounds testing for over 200 chemists and lab supervisors across Toronto and India
• Updated and delivered effective training for LIMS Assay, Related Compounds and Spec Approval training modules

At this time I was responsible for the successful delivery of assay, content uniformity, atomic absoption and dissolution for finished products, gaining valuable experience in the setup and use of laboratory instruments such as HPLC, Gilson HPLC/Dissolution apparatus, automated dissolution apparatus, Karl Fischer Turbo titrator and UV spectrophotometer
