*Supporting all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and managers*Leading and developing a team of 3-7 Area Managers (front-line supervisors) and 100-300 hourly associates by embodying Amazon’s Leadership Principles*Acting as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed*Mentoring, training and developing teammates for career progression, performance improvement and recognition purposes*Creating, communicating and maintaining quality control policies and standard work procedures to Area Managers and associates*Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives using Lean tools to delight customers*Building and delivering productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements and partnering with other Operations Managers to balance labor*Evaluating performance objectives and metrics to determine inbound or outbound productivity requirements to achieve customer time, accuracy, and quality expectations*Partnering with other managers to share best practices across shifts and the network

Responsible for InBound Processes including Dock, Receive and Inbound Workflow.

Designated Subject Matter Expert for Amazon Robotics SiteI was a member of the Site's Change Team which owned Process Improvement as well as new Product Rollouts.Worked with a team of stakeholders to set a group of 20 Area Managers and their teams up for success.Also partnered with Operations Managers to maximize deliverables for Q4 Performance.

Outbound Flow AMResponsibilities included but were not limited to:Labor Planning Outbound shiftsCoordinating Outbound Departments for efficient workflowCoaching and Developing other Area Managers on the concepts of Production PlanningWorked on Continuous Improvement Cycles to move Outbound performance to 15% YoY Productivity IncreasesSet up Standard Work for OB Flow to be used site-wide.

Led the Teach Team for Production Planning Team. Was responsible for Curriculum for Onboarding Finance Kaizen, as well as all Training Materials.Responsibilities included updating and maintaining all Training Materials related to Amazon Fulfillment's Production Planning. Responsibilities also included troubleshooting labor model metrics and Amazon Production Planning.
