Currently have 28+ years experience in the construction industry and have been well traveled having worked in 8 foreign countries and 11 states in America. My early career was heavy in Semiconductor/ Cleanroom work and I worked to build some of the worlds best cleanrooms. Also experienced in telecommunications/ switching facilites, renovation of existing facilities and new construction for AT&T. I then spent several years doing healthcare work in California- OSHPD project. I gained a tremendous amount of experience on both the renovation/ seismic upgrades work in the existing facility and the new building addition with parking structure. Gained my Hospitality experience having worked several years in San Antonio on the 5 star JW Marriott Resort & Spa as Project Superintendent for the GC with over 1600 tradesmen. Worked as the lead interior Project Superintendent at the Museum Tower High Rise in downtown Dallas on my 3rd High rise. Senior Superintendent on a USACE healthcare project for Lackland Air Force Base- replacement hospital for Wilford Hall for the Corps of Engineers. Then, a subsequent Multilevel renovation on an active healthcare facility for UHS in San Antonio, TX. I have managed over $1 Billion in construction projects throughout my career and now currently oversee multiple high rise structures simultaneously on an international level with a diverse team of highly skilled field staff.
