Plans, directs and coordinates the administrative functions of First Lady Permanente, LLC Education Center. Oversees the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new office medical assistant staff and our certified program Directors and Instructors. Also consults with our top executives on strategic planning; and serves as a link between management and our team of Instructors. Oversee and maintain daily administrative operations to enhance and support a cohesive and efficient office environment. Communicates with companies in fulfilling their employee's certifications. Oversee our students to ensure they obtain and fulfill their clinical obligations with our contracted clinical sites. Our client base ranges from small to large fortune 500 companies that need and request our services on a daily basis.First Lady Permanente, LLC Education Center is one of the largest Education Centers in the Central Valley, certifying over 10,000 clients on a yearly basis with top quality education. Our clients range from Physicians, Registered Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Paramedics, EMTs, Certified Nurse Assistants, Phlebotomists, Dialysis Technicians, Dentists, Dental Assistants, Professors, Community Staff and many others. Our Center offers courses for Healthcare Professionals and Non-Healthcare Professionals and works with hundreds of businesses and their internal needs for their employees.
