As the Associate Director of Intercollegiate Athletics - Mission, I oversee revenue generation and corporate sponsorship, assist with the University of Mary's Greatness Through Virtue athletics strategic plan, and serve as the sport supervisor for our Wrestling, Volleyball, Swim & Dive, and Men's Golf programs.

As Director of Workforce Development Operations, I collaborate with various entities to further educate/train their workforce and grow their leaders.
