ICT Manager for K-rauta and Onninen Sweden. Promoted from IT Project Manager to ICT Manager in May 2014. Role expanded in January 2017 due to acquisition and merge of Onninen AB.My overall role as the ICT Manager is to maintain and develop ICT in the Swedish region in close cooperation with local business stakeholders and the global division CIO together with the global IT organization. Report to Supply Chain Manager. · Full budget responsibility for all operating expenses within ICT in K-rauta and Onninen. Responsible for all local IT investment plans including budgeting. · Ten direct reports. My team consists of IT technicians, Service manager, SAP specialists and test manager. I conduct bi-weekly one to one meetings with all staff, including coaching, development plans and follow up on targets. · Responsible for IT support to 17 retail stores, one central warehouse and one head offices, including SAP support, and connected applications as well as infra and technical support for delivered systems and clients. · Close collaboration with Tieto first and second line operational support. Support SLA’s are monitored and reported on a weekly basis. · IT project management role. Example of projects with IT involvement that has helped benefit the Swedish business; Point-of-Sales system upgrade, new E-invoicing platform, E-com development, system merges and transition to a global IT platform. · ERP development from initiating change requests to unit testing together with global IT organization and local business. · Tendering, negotiation, due diligence, and IT contract management experience. · Selected to participate in the leadership program for K-rauta Sweden in 2015.

SAP Regional Consultant, part of a team supporting Northern Europe in the area of SAP sales and distribution, with focus on Nordic region.In the very complex structure of the Nordic business, I supported four business units, two different SAP systems (with different templates), and users in nine different locations. The role was driven by all aspects of business and end user consulting, such as template changes, system and process enhancements, training and end user support, main responsibility in sales and distribution. · Involved in several SAP integration projects, due to the acquisitions of new companies and warehouse moves. Acted as IT project lead for two major warehouse outsourcing projects, including EDI connection and process changes. The projects lead to substantial savings for the local businesses in Finland and Sweden. · In addition to local initiatives there were continuously global driven projects, where IT locally acted as the coordinating IT source for the Nordic region. · Assisted and coordinated testing for new SAP changes and template releases. · Selected to participate in the Henkel global leadership development program offered exclusively to future high potential leaders

Main area of responsibility was the development and introduction of new business logistics processes within the supply chain area. · I worked closely with the SAP team and business management, in order to help the company comprehend the impacts of the changes - and to help the SAP development team understand the business in the Nordics. · In this role I also supported the implementation of new SAP releases in logistics; including testing, troubleshooting and streamlining.

Work tasks included supervision, coaching and personal development plans for team members. · Managed the implementation of the Customer relationship management (CRM) system and new Interactive voice response (IVR) phone platform. · I was also responsible for the company’s switchboard and third party call centre. · Selected to participate in the Shell teamleader academy, program for selected European teamleaders.
