Co-creator of Washington Street Market which features vendors selling vintage, handmade and repurposed furniture, jewelry, clothing and home accessories. Our goal is to provide independent artisans an opportunity to sell their goods and to bring incremental business to store owners in downtown Naperville. The pop-up markets started as a holiday show showcasing 11 vendors in 2012 and has grown to 70+ booths per show. We scout vendors who have a unique offering and an artistic eye in how they showcase their booth and products in order to present a market that feels special and well-edited. Responsibilities also include creating and managing vendor contracts and vendor relationships, finding event space, manage billing and event budget, creating and distributing promotional materials, marketing, design of the space and market setup and teardown.
