Current• Manage a project advising a cybersecurity agency's strategy and policy office on their governance strategy, policy analysis process, and organizational change management (OCM) approach.• Developed and implementing a comprehensive OCM strategy, addressing training, external and internal stakeholder engagement, and communications, which facilitated increased awareness and adoption of new governance processes and functions across the 3,000-person agency.• Lead the transformation of the policy analysis lifecycle and oversee the development and issuance of over 70 enterprise policies using the new process, allowing agency leadership to more efficiently achieve their mission of promoting transparency and compliance throughout the enterprise.• Plan and deliver company-wide professional development seminars to over 200 MetaPhase employees on topics such as increasing productivity, combatting burnout, and using emotional intelligence in business as a part of the Women’s Committee to support the professional growth of firm employees.• Standardize internal onboarding process for MetaPhase employees by creating templates, training exercises, and a rigorous shadowing schedule to expedite employee integration into project operations.
