APM within the "Allin + Social Miner" business unit, where we develop SaaS digital marketing solutions for E-commerces.Main role: Actively managing of the entire development cycle of the SaaS SMB White-Label product, pre and post launch, with the purpose of democratizing access to technology already available in "Enterprise" products, meeting a latent demand of a large part of the organization's target.Currently, we have already launched the very 1º version of the product with intelligent E-mail and WhatsApp campaigns (official Meta integration) so that retailers can automatically and punctually engage their customers directly from within their Tray e-commerce platform.Activities:- Roadmap prioritization aligned with unit's OKRs: Backlog creation and prioritization- Validation of demands and deliverables- Active participation in engineering rituals (Daily, Weekly, Grooming, QA Testing)- Alignment with internal and external stakeholders: Tray (engineering, customer support, growth); Facebook (engineering and business); BI; Data Science and Product Ops.- Support in the development of product documentation- Discovery: Customer research through forms, online feedback interviews- UX: Continuous validation with Product Designer in the process of UX research and screen developmentMarketing/Growth: Support in the development of Q&A material; Email engagement communications; LP validation.- Operation: Support in the training and providing documentation for the customer support team and continuous alignment of demands with POPs.
