CurrentRepresent federal employees on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, retirement, and benefits. Litigate claims before federal district and appellate courts, as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Merit Systems Protection Board, and the Office of Special Counsel. Assist in all aspects of trial preparation and litigation, including taking and defending depositions, conducting motion practice, and preparing and filing complaints, hearing requests, discovery requests and responses, demand letters, appellate briefs, and others. Counsel clients through the alternative dispute resolution, mediation, and settlement negotiation process.
