As an associate art director at PROTOCOL, my key accounts included global brands such as Cheong Kwan Jang, Nestlé Breakfast Cereals, Canon, and MILO. My roles for these brands include:• Conceptualising and executing visuals for brand campaigns, always-on social content, and product launches. • Ensuring all visuals adhered to brand guidelines and design standards, and are consistent across multiple ad formats and dimensions. • Collaborating with strategists to guide and lend insight to design decisions to ease the decision making process for key stakeholders. • Designing and delivering presentations for internal and external client meetings.• Set styling for photoshoots + photo retouching. Notables: • As the sole designer/art director for Cheong Kwan Jang, I overhauled the social media direction and key visuals for all their tactical ads and campaigns in the year of 2020. This contributed to record-breaking sales for the client, who ranked #1 on Lazada and #3 on Shopee amongst health & wellness brands, surpassing past year records on every front and achieving their goals set out in the beginning of this partnership. • Headed the art direction on all fronts for heavyweight pitches (deal size > $100k). • Led and executed PROTOCOL’s first rebrand since the agency’s inception 9 years ago. This extended to setting the overall art direction as well as production of key assets, collaterals, and templates for both internal and external communications. • Initiated and conducted an internal design bootcamp to strengthen agency design processes — particularly in the areas of branding, typographic foundation, and techniques.

Conceptualized and executed animated logos for key projects and clients such as Singapore Biennale, Art After Dark, NUS Architecture, and Rich & Good.Was tasked as the main designer to develop and propose the brand identity, logo and illustration assets for Other Tea, a Chinese bubble tea brand.

Worked closely with the Creative Director to conceptualize, develop, and produce brand identities as well as print and digital collaterals for a wide range of F&B, retail, and lifestyle clients.Executed all creative marketing collaterals across multiple mediums for in-house brands including TAP Craft Beer Bar, La Terre, and Kaigai Fine Wine Asia. Spearheaded the agency’s website facelift, including art direction and web development, ensuring that it is responsive and a more accurate representation of the agency's voice and branding. Fine-tuned all pages for SEO and Google optimization. Ran and analyzed tests to ensure that all sites maintained optimal performance time.// THE MASTERS SERIES:Played a key role in the conceptualization and development of The Masters Series, a creative curatorial platform and e-commerce store launched by STATE Creative. Defined the brand direction by crafting copy instrumental to the brand story.Responsible for the creation of all creative promotional materials including: • visual merchandising displays • digital content for social media channels • event invites and signages • printed publicationsContinuously evolved both the curation of content and style of motion graphics used for the brand’s Instagram stories to drive traffic and higher engagement rates.Responsible for photography, set design, and art direction of all product and campaign photoshoots.

Also participated in the conceptualization and/or execution of projects such as Petit Passport, Park Bench Deli’s social media branding and Gallery & Co’s Artist Project.

Managed the social media accounts of Singapore Cable Car and ROYCE Chocolate Singapore by curating and creating content, actively and consistently responding to all comments to drive engagement rates, and conceptualizing social media marketing campaigns for both brands.Wrote articles on social media marketing and SEO on Aiden Creative’s blog.
