Primary duties based around operational support for web-based applications. These include advising customers on features and dealing with any issues that occur, working with sales staff to deliver a product the customer is satisfied with, working closely with Development teams to ensure requested features are considered and available, and working with Testing teams to confirm new builds are both functional and will benefit the customer in the chosen format.Also, an additional piece of software that the user can install to enhance the functionality of the software package. This involves working closely with the customer, the customers IT department and the sales staff to ensure that requirements are met and that the software operates satisfactorily. This often involves tailoring the solution to the customers particular needs, and has recently been implemented in a new format to reduce the customers workload.During this role I have worked with customers around the globe, both to solve issues and to help ensure that the software meets the legal requirements they operate within. I have undertaken self study to improve both my knowledge and skills within the area (statistics, international legal requirements, and limited programming).
