I began my culinary career in the dishpit at C.I. Shenanigans many years ago. From there I went on to work prep, banquets, prep lead, line cooking (Every station there is), lead line cook, kitchen manager, and finally a Sous Chef.I am currently a full-time student working on my second Masters degree. I intend to stay in the culinary field for the long haul while also pursuing other passions. I enjoy cooking, gaming, reading, writing, and spending time with my family.
