My career started with Nestle Waters North America in operations specifically in the sales and distribution of bottled water and other beverages in 1984. I had the opportunity to experience positions in operations, customer service, safety, warehousing, accounting, sales, human resources, recruiting, hiring, training and leadership. I had cross functional working relationships with manufacturing, supply chain and logistics. In the latter part of my career with Nestle Waters N.A. I concentrated on the recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and training of new hires for these types of corporate positions. In 2013 we made a decision to relocate our family to Springfield, Missouri. I was blessed to have joined a great and growing company in Bass Pro Shops. My role as a recruiter for Bass Pro's corporate office is sourcing salaried positions for Finance, Accounting, IT, Supply Chain and other specialty areas. Recruiting has been and is one of my most rewarding roles as I believe every person has been given and developed a specific set of gifts and skills to do a specific role and I thoroughly enjoy helping people find a position that fits what they were made and meant to do.
