We serve as the honest brokers between all parties and facilitate actions that are in the best interests for the soldiers and their respective units. Furthermore, we work closely with soldiers within the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) and offer guidance on their benefits and entitlements, as well as explore opportunities with them regarding further service within the Army Reserve.
