Logistics costs include PE Distribution (plants and markets), freight (Plant to DC, Plant to customer, DC to customer), handling (plant and DC warehouses), and import duties. - Analyze all results, provide clarity and explanations, identify issues and make recomendations on how to offset financially. - Review actuals and FC of the markets and plants to provide qualified analysis (incl. R&O) to global Controlling.- Provide training, expertise and support to both market and plant controllers in the region.
